Notes for Inlet Pipe Installation
- Avoid using soft rubber tubes for inlet pipelines.
- Install the foot valve vertically, at least 30 cm above the water bottom to prevent sediment suction.
- Ensure all inlet pipeline connections are sealed.
- Minimize bends in the pipeline to ensure efficient water suction.
- The inlet pipeline diameter must not be less than the pump outlet diameter.
- Ensure the foot valve is not above the water surface.
- For pipelines longer than 10 m or with a hoisting height over 4 m, use a larger diameter than the pump outlet.
- Anchor pipelines to prevent stress transmission to the pump.
- Install a filter on the inlet pipeline to avoid solid particle entry.
Notes for Outlet Pipe Installation
- The outlet pipeline diameter must not be less than the pump outlet diameter.
The HCS Centrifugal Pumps are versatile, efficient, and designed for easy maintenance, making them a reliable choice for a wide range of applications.
