Description of Macerator Model WL600A/B and WL300A

WL series is a small, compact quiet running automatic macerator unit , suitable for macerating and pumping of wastewater in private dwellings, where wastewater cannot be led directly to the sewer by a natural down-ward slope. It is using the patented technology for unique structure to improve the reliability and service life.

The macerator tank is made of light plastic material with an easy-to-clean surface. The toilet pumps Installed correctly, the unit is maintenance-free. WL600A/B has two connections besides the toilet connection, WL300A only with two sides connection without toilet connection.

 

WL600A/B (wc pumps) with a cutter system chops up objects in the wastewater entering the tank through the toilet connection, that is the reason how it could macerating.

 

WL series equipped with a level switch for automatic start and stop of the pump. See start and stop levels in Technical data.

 

The tank is vented through a carbon filter in the vent valve in the top cover. If necessary, it can be connected to a vent pipe through the vent hole that drilled a hole on the cover of vent valve to exhaust to outdoor.

Applications

WL series toilet pumps is typically used for:

Toilets and washbasins in basemen which below sewer level.

Toilets and washbasins installed in connection with the renovation or modernization of existing buildings, where the location may be remote from the main soil pipe so that a natural slope cannot be established.

Washbasins which natural slope drainage cannot be established.

 

WL600A/B is only suitable for pumping wastewater from a washbasin as well as sewage water from a toilet containing toilet paper and feces. The pumping of liquids containing other material may cause faults and limit the scope of our guarantee.

Ordinary liquids for cleaning of the units connected.

PH value: 4 to 10.

 

WL series lift station macerator must not pump:

Strong chemicals liquid;

Objects such as plastic, card board, sanitary towels, diapers, hair, tampons, metal objects (clip s, hair pins etc.), stones, building materials, floor cloth, sand condoms.
