Description
Submersible Sea Water Pump
The QCK series Submersible Sea Water Pump are designed for slightly dirty liquid drainage jobs. The pump fits into narrow drainage pits, and the use of stainless steel makes the pumps virtually maintenance free. The strainer, which will allow solids up to 10mm to pass.
Performance Range:
Flow Rate Up to 21 m3/h
Dynamic Head Up to 19 m
Power: 0.25 to 1.5 kw
Operating Limits
Maximum Operating Depth 5m below water level
Maximum Fluid Temperature Up to 40℃
Max. Solids Size: 10mm
PH Value in Water:4-10
Pumped liquids:
QCK pumps are suitable for pumping of:
Clean, non-aggressive water
Grey wastewater without solid particles or fibers
Drainage water with solids up to 10 mm size
Impeller
Meanwhile, The QCK impeller is made of stainless steel. It is of a semi-open type with L-shaped impeller blades. The blades curve backwards in order to reduce any harmful effects from solid particles and to reduce power consumption.
Motor
Moreover, The QCK motor is an asynchronous dry motor. The pumped liquid cools the motor. Welding hermetically seals the motor unit and no filling compounds have been used.
At the top of motor, single-phase pumps have a capacitor housing with capacitor and sockets for the motor cable and float switch. Oil is used as a barrier fluid between the pumped liquid and the motor unit.
Enclosure class: IP68
Insulation class: F
Application
Also, The QCK pumps are suitable for following application:
Groundwater lowering
Pumping from drainage pits
Pumping from surface water pits with inflow from roof gutters, shafts, tunnels etc.Emptying of ponds, tanks etc.
Main Features:
Features 1:
Besides all of that, each of the QCK pumps comes loaded with a plethora of original technologies that HT has tested and proven over the years including an anti-wicking cable, also, motor protector, 2 leakage sensors, dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces, Oil Lifter and galvanic anodes. Moreover, These features underscore the efficient continuous duty over extended time frames that has earned HT pumps a name synonymous with high reliability and lasting durability.
Features 2:
Moreover, The biggest feature of these Submersible sea water pumps is that they powerfully draw large volumes of water from both upper and lower sides of the double suction impeller. Also, This reduces thrust load, which extends the service-life of bearings and increases the stability of pumping operations. Moreover, in order to stand up to harsh conditions of use, the impeller and suction mouth made of wear-resistant high-chromium cast iron. Further More, The pumps also sport a flow-thru design that forcibly cools the motor in extended running at low water level and have an inspection window at the bottom of the stuffing box for visually checking for degraded insulation and facilitating replacement of cables.
